- Moving on (Foundation): Includes topics like factors, multiples, rounding and approximation, algebraic expressions, equations and formulas, linear sequences, graphs, shapes and angles, transformations, and probability.
- Preparing for Higher Tier: Covers percentages, indices, standard form, non-linear sequences, graphs and functions, circles, cylinders, cones, spheres, similarity and congruence, Pythagoras and trigonometry, vectors, bias and sampling, and probability.
- Mastering the Higher Tier: Focuses on decimals and place values, roots, algebraic expressions, quadratic equations, circle theorems, transformations, Pythagoras and trigonometry, vectors, histograms, and probability.
- Exam Preparation: Provides students with exam papers for both Foundation and Higher Tier, allowing them to practice and prepare for their exams.
Students who want to take the Edexcel GCSE Mathematics (1MA1 specification) exam should book their place at an exam center approximately 6 months before the exam date.
Exam centers can be either private or affiliated with a school or college. Private candidates can check Edexcel’s list of exam centers that accept them. However, this list may not include every available center, so students should also contact local schools and colleges directly.
Exam fees are not included in the course cost, as they are paid directly to the exam center. The fees will vary depending on the chosen center.
