About The Course

This course focuses on the importance of IT in modern business operations, and how it can be used to enhance competitiveness and improve customer satisfaction. With the increasing demand for skilled IT professionals, this Level 3 foundation diploma in Information Technology provides learners with the necessary skills and knowledge to work in the IT sector or pursue further study. This qualification covers various topics including computer systems, networks, coding, website development, mobile communications, cyber security, and social media for business. The course is comprised of 6 modules, each with 40 hours of guided learning materials, and 6 written assignments. Optional materials such as recommended exercises, readings, internet resources, and self-testing exercises are also available.

Course Details

Upon finishing this course, students can apply for admission to a full BA degree program at various UK universities. Alternatively, they can choose to enroll in one of our level 4/5 IT programs and subsequently complete a BA top-up degree at a range of UK universities.

The level 3 foundation diploma in IT consists of 6 written assignments, each approximately 2,000-3,000 words long.
