About This Course Do you want to gain essential leadership knowledge and chops demanded to engage, motivate and manage a platoon? The position 3 foundation parchment in people and organisations has been designed to give learners with a flexible, applicable course to gain knowledge and understanding about the structure, values and behaviours of organisations and the operation of people. Successful completion of this qualification will equip learners with the bolstering knowledge and chops needed to succeed in employment or farther studies. The learners will Develop a body of knowledge about people, organisations and employment in a range of sectors. Develop a range of knowledge, data, propositions, ideas, chops, accoutrements , language, practices and ways about, and associated with people and organisations and employment. Develop tone- confidence and chops needed for the working terrain and organisations and employment. Ameliorate communication chops and particular effectiveness that will give a base for growth in employment and or in farther study.

Course Details

Upon finishing this course, students will have the chance to apply for enrollment in a complete BA degree program offered by various UK universities.

The Level 3 course comprises six modules and six written assignments, with each module containing 40 guided learning hours of material. In addition, optional materials such as recommended exercises, readings, Internet resources, and self-testing exercises are available and can provide an additional 30-50 hours of study.

  • Understand the meaning of personal and professional development.
  • Learn how to identify strengths and areas for improvement related to one’s planned job role.
  • Understand how to plan and produce one’s own professional development plan.
  • Learn about opportunities for professional development.

Teamwork:

  • Understand the benefits and challenges of working in a team.
  • Learn about the importance of having a code of conduct for the team.

The level 3 foundation diploma in people and organizations requires completion of six written assignments, with each assignment comprising approximately 2,000-3,000 words. Students can access support for both the modules and assignments through the ‘Tutor’ section of the learning platform.
